2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards and Google Pay via Stripe, our secure payment processor.
- Prices are listed in native country currency and are subject to change without notice.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
3. Service Delivery
- Digital services are delivered upon confirmation of payment.
- Consulting services will be provided as per the agreement made with the client.
- Listing services will be activated right away after payment confirmation.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Digital Services: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is delivered.
- Listings and Ads: Once a listing or ad goes live, it cannot be refunded.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for listings or ads.
- Nepstate is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Nepstate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
