Sherpa Chai is a Sherpa‐owned and operated beverage company brewing authentic Nepali chai based on a generations-old family recipe from the Himalayas. The company uses organic Nepali black tea, ginger root from Peru, and spices like cardamom, cinnamon and cayenne. Founded by Pemba Sherpa, the brand began in Boulder/Lafayette, Colorado and now distributes across the U.S. The mission includes supporting Nepali farms, fair-trade sourcing, and sharing Sherpa culture through their chai.
