Shiva Prasad Khanal, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney at the firm. He earned his LL.M. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, focusing on immigration, corporate, and general legal studies. Originally from Nepal, he has received both a presidential gold medal and a university gold medal for his academic achievements.
